The Vintage Canopy is Planet Aquariums’ premier aquarium furniture. It compliments most decors from contemporary to traditional styles. It will look fabulous in any home or office. With 3” crown molding around the top and of the canopy and a smaller bottom trim, the Vintage is simply stunning and makes a statement in any home.
The Standard Vintage canopy is made of Red Oak. It comes at a standard height of 12” and features a roll top mechanism that allows you to rotate the entire canopy from a horizontal to vertical position. It can be made as a front lift on request.
The Peninsula Vintage Canopy is available as a front lift only.
All Vintage Stands and Canopies are pre-assembled and ready to be installed. No assembly is required!
Canopy Styles
- Front-Lift – A Front-Lift canopy is a 2-piece canopy that is connected together with a piano hinge. The front portion of the lid (typically about 6”-8” deep) can be lifted upwards and folded on top of back lid to allow access to the aquarium.
- Roll-Top – Roll-Top canopies consists of an inner support shell and an outer canopy. A rolling mechanism allows you to rotate the entire outer canopy from a horizontal to a vertical position to allow access to the aquarium.
